Declaration of the Groundwater
Guardian Nation
We have a simple message for the world from
this Groundwater Guardian Nation.
We want our conception of the Earth and its resources to be eternal, not
historical.
We want our children, as we want ourselves, to be stewards of the water.
We recognize that to build such a nation, we must be the change we seek.
That change demands dedication, hard work, and courage.
We must foster: Clean drinking water for all; Indoor plumbing for all; Watershed
stewardship; Wellhead protection; Water Conservation; and Sustainability.
We dedicate ourselves to working with our fellow human beings to build a
Groundwater Guardian Nation.
