METERS

As of October 14, 2003, all wells are
required to report total production of water per section, or per pooled unit
-
Any well drilled after October 14,
2003 must be equipped with a District approved flow meter
-
All wells before this date are
required to have some type of metering system
-
Meters can be located at the well or
at a center collection point (pivot).
